Congratulations to Emma Kloes, School District of New London, for winning the WASBO Foundation $2,000 Matching Scholarship sponsored by Providence Capital. Emma is class salutatorian and participated on her school basketball team. She is a member of the Spanish Honors Society, National Honor Society, and other social clubs. She has served her community with over 550 volunteer hours. Emma plans to double major in biology and Spanish at UW-Madison, with her focus on pre-med.
